Wanna start a part 15?

Hey Guys,

I thought I would mention the transmitter I have up for sale. It is a 50 mW Veronica transmitter, which is 5 years old. I have put new power wires on, as well as a new wire antenna and what not. This CAN be part 15, just be careful how you position the sucker, and where you put the antenna. Right now, I am at Part 15 level, but keep it low and in my room. It goes less than 1/5 mile legally right now, but has capability to go 1/2 mile.

Take a look at it if anyone is interested in getting into Part 15 FM. The price is right, and the transmitter is working well. It has been a solid item!

Selling as I want to get a different kind of transmitter, that is digital, eventually. I also am working on my Part 15 AM currently, so don't have time to work on my FM Part 15 right now.

If I am getting this right... and VFO means tunable by a screwdriver (which I include in the package), then it is VFO. I know there is a PLL transmitter, that is digitally tuned. So I am going on that. Let me know if I am right about that.....

PLL tuned transmitters aren't all digitally tuned. The Panaxis Part 15 FM transmitter (and the Gizmo and Metzo Part 15 AM transmitters) are tuned by moving DIP switches. -- JasonW
