Wanted: Auditronics 110-series console manual

Hi all. I am working on an Auditronics 110-series console (the "Grandson" model) and need an actual manual for it. The one I have is a copy and the part #'s and values are unreadable. I'm working on a "C" version (transformerless mic pres), so I need the C and D version of the manual. Also, if someone happens to have a card extender for these, I'd be overjoyed. Thanks!

The copy I have came from Wheatstone when they owned the Auditronics stuff. My assumption - which may be incorrect - was that Lightner had purchased the Audtronics parts and inventory from Wheatstone; so their manual would be the same thing as what I already have. I was going to ping Brian next week on an unrelated item - I'll check that with him then.
