Hi gang. After moderating the Boston board for several years, I feel it's time to back away because of the fact I really have too many irons in the fire, so to speak. I'm not looking to tender my resignation, simply to have one qualified individual who knows the Boston market well, and who can be fair and reasonably even tempered take over the day-to-day moderation of this forum. I simply can't watch the board 24/7.

I know most of you by your board names, some of you personally. If you are interested, please email me at the address in my profile.

The succesful candidate will assume the position as head moderator. I'll remain in a backup capacity - still here to handle the occasional brush fire, and certainly to participate in interesting conversation.<P ID="signature">______________
