WANTED TO LISTEN TO QAM BUT COULDN'T DO IT

I pulled up the WQAM website.. was jonesing for some WQAM. It was about 5 PM and there it was. Sids mug. All of a sudden I could hear his obnoxious voice without even clicking on the stream. that grating NY nasal tone grating against my eardrums. I couldn't do it. I just couldn't do it. Why Joe Bell, Why..... Why..... Why......

Sid's filling in on WFAN New York middays this week & next & spent some time praising Joe Bell & 'QAM, saying he loves it there. Typical Sid in that he also plugged his website, his webmaster (Kevin Canessa, who called in re: NBA news), his book, etc.

I'm guessing that Sid will do his afternoon Miami shows (if he's not on vacation from WQAM) from the WFAN studios on Hudson Street, NYC.

Sid is on vacation this week and will do his show from WFAN next week. Leebo you might not want Sid on WQAM but the recent ratings show other wise. No one had beat Lebatard in 4 years.

He said he was just there for the day but that if they wanted him longer, he was available. Don't recall when DeFo starts but he wasn't on yesterday afternoon.

Sid on WFAN in NY all week....audition?? He was on Larry King last night and scroll said radio host WFAN, not QAM...hmmm.
