ALTHOUGH THEY REBOUNCED A LITTLE WAOA SEEMS TO BE HAVING A PROBLEM CONQUERING THE BEAT. IS POP MUSIC JUST DOWN RIGHT NOW THAT A HERITAGE CHR IS GETTING COMPETITION FROM SUCH A SMALL STICK AS THE BEAT?
 
by any chance has 107.1 waoa powered down and downgraded their tower size ? a few years ago i looked them up on www.radio-locator.com and they had very different stats...
 
fall 06 12+ arbs have A1A with twice the share as BVD....also, it's tough to compare the two stations , A1A is hardly a mainstream CHR during the day...
 
Wingnut the night guy on 95.1 kicks as*. Best ratings on the station by far.
 
obviously you must be the night guy...now, go open your arbitron ratings book and tell the rest of us how your station has half the overall share 12+ as A1A...As far as the term "wingnut"....ouch....your maturity and obvious intellect have me utterly in awe...
 
Wow...anyone who just read that felt so bad for you "squeege." Actually me and the dude sitting right next to me just threw up in our mouths.

I work up in Norfolk/Virginia Beach now, he used to be my intern and has double digit shares 18-34 at night during his day part. I was giving him props because the guy has come a long way and is doing a great job. It's not my station so I can't answer your question about the overall ratings, but you can open your ratings book and see how Wingnut is killing it at night. What station do you work for? Or are you one of those people who like to remain anonymous? I will be the first one to admit, when I was in town a couple months ago and listened to A1A they sound great since there new PD took over.
