WAOB and Saint Joseph Missions

It looks like Saint Joseph Missions has an application at 99.1 to rebroadcast WPGR. Do you think that they will sell 106.7?
 
Do you know the call sign location and power ?They also have an application for a full power FM in the Latrobe area.
