WAPS expanding?

A colleague of mine indicated that WAPS in Akron, maybe in September, may grow their signal footprint by, possibly, hooking up with, or "taking over" one of the college/university stations in the Cleveland area. He said that the station wants to get into the Cleveland market as it increases opportunities to sell underwriting and would make them a bigger player on the radio landscape.
