Wetumpka talk show host Roberta Franklin is in legal hot water again- charged with stealing food stamps.

Franklin turned herself in last week. Prosecutors say Franklin lied about her previous drug convictions to steal sixteen hundred dollars in state food stamps.

State records show franklin pleaded guilty to similar theft charges in 2003 and 2004<P ID="signature">______________

OMG!!?? THis makes a total of how many aressts... 3 or 4? Gee, I guess more then just the programming and equipment/signal at WAPZ is severely troubled and in need of repair........

OK, radio money sucks anyway, but it's not bad enough to steal food stamps...and if it is, go to a different station or get a second job.
