WAQY-FM 102.1 Springfield: Problems with Patriots Feed?

I noticed the following with WAQY-FM 102.1 of Springfield during the second half of tonight's loss (THANKS DENVER!):

They had a connection problem with the Patriots Rock Radio Network. I heard them playing "Dream Weaver" by Gary Wright, with the abrupt cutback to Gil Santos and what sounded like a bad phone line connection. Meanwhile, the broadcast on WCCC-FM 106.9 of Hartford came through in the usual glorious mono. Normally, are the games fed by satellite to the network?

P.S. Thanks Denver! :)<P ID="signature">______________

WCCC has back up upon back-up connections to avoid any problems.

I'm not surprised Oman had to say sumthin' bout WCCC. But yes, 106.9 is in good technical hands

So isn't WAQY.

So isn't just about all the CT radio stations. And just about all the nearby Springfield area radio stations to boot...

If there is one thing this market doesn't lack, it's top notch broadcast engineering...
