I've been enjoying KTAR's "War Room" Political Coverage.

Gayle Bass has been especially entertaining going toe-to-toe with all the guys.

She holds her own, is oftentimes quite funny, she's very real, and calls it like she sees it. Good job, Click Chick!

I'm also enjoying the War Room concept. I don't get the chance to listen to most of it, but I think all five hosts (in any combination) work well together.

Like Dr. Akbar and Nurse Jeff, I wonder what will happen this spring when D-Backs, Suns, and ASU have games during a major political event. ???

We'd like to grant Gaydos permanent shore leave as his juevenille comments in the War Room bring down morale among the troops. Why Gayle Bass didn't lock the studio door when Gaydos took a break is a mystery! As far as "scheduling malfunctions" in the months ahead, probably not an issue now that Super Tuesday and all the local interest has waned.

So does this mean a return to All Illegals, All The Time on both stations? Nope as KFWhyEye leads the anti-McCain charge with KT'R following in lock step. With the exception of the Nearly Bald One, all talkers on 5~Fifty (local and syndicated) don't like McCain. Same can be said for Aunt Carlos, Glen Beck, and Mac & Cheese on News NewsTalk 92~Three. (As Nurse Jeff and I've warned the Master Blogger, if you aint the lead dog in the race the view is pretty s@#tty.)

Will KT'R use Tuesday's results to differentiate themselves from KFWhyEye? Will they still rely on "sounding better" 'cause they're on FM? Will Gaydos & his oozing juevenillismo be invited back to the War Room? Even the Esteemed Middle Eastern Men of The Media have no clue.

But we do know that former AG & sometime talk show host Grant Woods reassured everyone last night that McCain is a true conservative! ::)

I am depressed my feelings are hurt but I'll get over it. You didn't mention the fact that I have long been a John McCain devotee.

I have excoriated those who find John unacceptable. He has been a friend and guest for years though we have argued over many items. Biggest argument dates back to Iraq on the border of Kuwait and he claimed he didn't know.

Pat has also spoken for John.

What I find interesting is that the far right hosts of America and their clones have gone to extremes to denounce McCain as they "pimp" the farthest right groups in this country. Their egos will take a beating if indeed McCain is the nominee. Is this a waning of power of the radical, far right?

Here's what's beautiful and I shall discuss it. America is voting. Men and women going to the polls
freely expressing views about who should be our next leader. There were no armed guards, there were
may names on ballots. Our country remains strong and free.

We are so strong and our resolve is so firm that no elected president can screw it up no matter what the far right and the far left predict.

If John McCain wins the election, I'm moving to Buckeye!! ;D

I have always found Gayle Bass to equal class.

She is informed and chimes in quality information. You don't get the feeling that she is blustering (Aunt Carlos), ignorant and clueless (Gaydos), off topic (Mac) or stuck in 1974(McBland).

Memo to Jayaz: We'll mark you down for 20% of the Keating Five.

Memo to KOHS: Plenty of room in Buckeye now that the land developers have gone bust.

Memo to Master Blogger: How come we can't find a link to your vast insight on the KT'R home page?

Memo to Nurse Jeff: It's not easy being me.

Memo re: Gayle Bass;

Not only is she intelligent and witty (she and Ankarlo should be doing these War Room things by themselves - - leave the children out of it), based on her photo at KTAR's website, I'd have to say she's a little hottie. "Ankarlo and Hottie Gayle." Has a certain ring to it...
