What's up with a job posting on a popular radio site for a new PD at WARM-103??? Doesn't this station have a person in place or is Cumulus still making personnel changes following their purchase of the former Susquehanna properties??? ??? ???

Dave Anthony is the "go to" person at WSOX and WARM. John London is APD and they are techinically one man/woman short since Matt Dearborn left. So, they just need to add a leader to the staff.

Too bad.... I thought maybe he toasted the bread too long. RIP Baby I'm 'a Want you...

Matt Dearborn leaving and Warm 103 needing a new having nothing to do with each other. It's almost comical seeing the radio geek postings from those who know little or nothing about a particular radio outlet.

Warm 103 has not had a PD since Rick Sten left in August of 2005. It has had a Director of FM Programming, but no PD. It only took them a year and four months to figure out that gee, maybe Warm needs a real leader. Cumulus' reaction time is almost as slow as Susquehanna's was when it comes to recognizing a problem and then dealing with it.
