WARM changing format?

WARM 103 has gone all Christmas. It is time for the annual discussion of what format they will change to after the holidays? It happens every year. Someone has to start it.

The question is, how's the billing? If billing/expenses are in line and they're hitting those numbers, there won't be a change. These large companies don't roll the dice unless what they're doing now isn't producing revenue.
 
Got to agree with Bl. Does anyone know how they did in the summer book? They seem to be on track, but we have not been able to see any numbers for York. Cumulus does not buy Arbitron.
