WARM Goes Country as KIX 103!

I'd go for "Willie 103" if I were picking a name. :D

You should have just let this go for a while, Rock, just to see how many people who don't know a joke when they see one responded seriously!

Well, if it really is Booby D's last days, then it needs to be Toerper's last days as well. He chose to stick with this guy. He should be held accountable by the brass in Atlanta.

Is it indeed the last days of Bobby D....or is it the wishful thinking of some? Sometimes a PD walks into a situation that he just can't fix. Cumulus corporate dropped the ball by not fixing these two stations long ago. I'm not sure WSOX really needs fixed. The numbers pretty well reflect what's happening nationwide with the greatest hits format. There is a market for it....and if MIX flips....an even bigger market. By the way...Seltzer......was that a typo in your last post........"Booby D"?...LOL!

boy everybody picks on bobby d left and right on this board; last time i went drinking with him; he bought just about every round.....................

No, actually it was a typo.

My opinions are purely based on the performance of the radio station. In spite of how the station has performed...WARM.. extremely poor...since he took over..last summer, Cumulus must think he's a good programmer. He still has a job.

That's great Stoshman that he buys everybody drinks.

The breaking news is that Lew Dickey has struck a deal with an investment firm that could mean up to a BILLION dollars to spend on new properties for Cumulus. It looks like more job losses nationwide once they start buying stations. Shouldn't they fix some of the ones they already have first? That would make too much sense to ever happen.
