WARM MIGHTY 590 REUNION 2010!!!

Hi everyone-
I recently organized the first reunion of the old Pocono Drag lodge drag strip in Bear Creek. We had a great turnout of Cars and folks that Raced there in the 60's. of course. PDL advertised heavily on WARM; and seems like cars and the Mighty 590 went together well. Everyone that was there remebered WARM fondly. So, in conjunction with the Second annual Pocono Drag lodge reunion, I'd like to announce the WARM Mighty 590 reunion. LIke the Drag lodge reunion, everyone will be invited. We will hold the event at the race track in Bear Creek. Joey Shaver attended the reunion and liked it, and is very enthusiastic about a WARM reunion. So- I will need a list of contacts, celebrities, and anyone involved with WARM that would like to be a guest of Honor. The event will be held in August; the track closed in 1972 shortly after Agnes visited the valley. Let me know if you want to get involved, and if you loved WARM, you will like the cars too!!

Hi Charlie...That was a very nice gesture. If it's possible (If I'm still around) most likely I will attend. I would like a nice little gathering where we could all talk and remember a lot of the old days. Most of the guys from my era are gone....Harry, Joey and myself are about the only ones left...but...It's just nice to be in the company of radio guys...I love that...

I wasn't there long enough to be a "guest of honor", only a couple of years or so, but I sure would like to drop in....
