WARM signal

I've noticed a vast improvement in the WARM signal over the last couple days.
Here in Lake Ariel, it was like it was twenty years ago, night and day.
And, at work in Honedale, I even heard splash on 580 and 600.

Either the wx is realy affecting the signal for the first time in many many years or, something has been done to the tx/ground system to make this happen.

Sounds almost like the WARM of yesteryear.

The problem: WARM"S ground field is shot and the owners are too cheap to fix it ::)

about every four to six months it needs a new driver tube. it costs a few hundred dollars. the weather could have something to do with it also. i dont think they will put any money into bringing it back to the old days of warm. first, if theres any money to spend, they will put it into the fm's. but ya never know... they may surprise you.. sam

Anyone know what WARM did in the last book numbers wise? I donlt keep up with that any longer. Thanks

Yah I was up at the old drag strip in Bear Creek over the summer and you couldn't even catch it there. Too bad, because as canned/ sattellite feed programming goes, Scott's True oldies channel has 'em all beat hands down.....
