Please, say it ain't so. Did Citadel really shut off the 590 transmitter because of expensive repairs?

When Citadel was de-listed from the New York Stock Exchange, it closed at ONE CENT per share. At that price, the land under the KGO transmitter was worth more than the whole of Citadel as a company. Citadel is in deep financial trouble.
