Warsaw stations being sold

Federated Media is selling 103.5 WAWC Syracuse, 107.3 WRSW-FM Warsaw, and 1480 WRSW/99.7 W259BJ Warsaw to Kensington Digital Media.
Kensington is owned by Tony Richards and Jack Didier. Both long time FedMed employees, Tony in programming and managment, Jack in engineering.
Wonder if they'll make a play for the Fort Wayne FedMed properties in the future, or the whole company????

As far as I know yes Tony still owns Hippie Radio. Adding to his "quiver" of stations...baron of the airwaves.
(I worked with him, well, different station, when he was part of Those Two Guys." Nice as hell to me. Jack I don't know as well...wish I was as technically inclined as him. Audio is about the limit of my skill. RF I never got the chance.
