Was 680 WDRD off any 2-15?

I heard 680 WCTT Corbin, KY, booming into Southern Indiana on the night of 2-15. Normally all I hear is hash there. Makes me wonder if 680 WDRD was off the air, clearing a path. Can anyone confirm this?

It's possible, but I think they just reduced their power...again. Friday afternoon going to work in downtown Louisville, their signal was weak to the point that it faded out in some places.

Wish I had caught this...there's something behind them here & if they'd go off during the day, I'd be able to ID it. I suspect it's Corbin though.
