Was Lou Pate any good?

I just read that he's doing a little fill-in gig somewhere and wondered why he may have been stuck in overnights at KIRO.

Was it the New Yawk thing?

The short answer is... Yes, Lou does a good talk show. Why the overnights? Who knows for sure why Lou never advanced much, but I've always felt that he was a little younger and hipper than the typical KIRO talker, maybe that's why. If it was the "new yawk" thing... than New York Vinne should of been exported back East years ago!

If by a New Yawk thing you mean rude, arrogant, lazy and intolerant. Then yes, it was a New Yawk thing.

Younger? Isn't he around 40? How old do you have to be to appeal to KIRO's audience?

"Was Lou Pate any good?"

Sound's like a question his last date heard from her roommate when she came back to their apartment the next morning.....

He was a pretty generic talk show host. Just add water... <P ID="signature">______________
