Was Mummers Parade Simulcast In New York And Washington?

I know it was a question that would have easily been answered had there been enough resources at my hotel this past weekend, but it's still an interesting development: I sampled some of the Mummers Parade on PHL 17 on New Year's Day, and a couple of times, Steve Highsmith made it a point to "welcome those of you watching in New York City, Washington, York and Harrisburg..." Now, Tribune owns PHL 17, just like they own WPIX in New York and DC50 in Washington. Did these two stations also carry the parade? Or perhaps their digital subchannels did before giving way to Antenna TV?
