Was 'South Beach' cancelled?

What happened to South Beach? They have not had a new episode for 3 weeks now. The show is still listed on the UPN website but there is no info about when it might be coming back.
 
It was only signed for eight episodes -- which complete their run in late February. The network has yet to renew.
