...if anybody had heard where Amy Austin and Charile O. had landed, either in or out of radio. I hear COD doing voiceovers, but have yet to hear anything out of Amy.

On a somewhat related note, Bob Mauldin, formerly of KKUS/Tyler, is now doing mornings at KVCI(AM)/Canton.

Same here, haven't heard a word about Amy.

That's good to hear. Not the strongest of voices, I'll admit, but Bob's definitely one of the good guys. And hey, with their CCM format and strong local commitment, "The Voice" is a pretty good little station, and probably a fun place to work.

Actually, they've flipped. They're now running a classic country format not much unlike KKUS/Tyler. But I agree with you...I bet it is a fun place to work.

Oops, that one slipped by me. I'll have to tune in next time I'm cruising down I-20...
 
Spoke to Amy last week. She's exploring opportunities in and out of East Texas.
