Another NBC to CBS transition in regards to NFL preseason/team programming rights after the Arizona Cardinals switched from KPNX (NBC Phoenix) to KPHO (CBS Phoenix) yesterday as the Commanders leave NBC O&O WRC to TEGNA-owned CBS affiliate WUSA.
