Guess WHUR's Quiet Storm Radio is done after 3 years on 98.3
That ended back in the fall. It's been rebroadcasting The Gamut as a placeholder.
What sellable format hole is in DC? Thankfully this is a lease. If the current administration really downsizes the Federal Government like they campaigned on, it could have a negative impact on the local market. I have lived in areas with declining population. It no fun to run any business.
