Wasting money on a has been

As I learned in my College art classes - 'creativity blossoms when it is being stifled'

For example the movie industry. When the government 'cracked' down on ratings, the directors had to find other ways to portray sexuality. As in, a woman showing her leg from under a skirt.

Also - one thing everyone forgets to mention is that the 500 million included the costs for employees and studios - am I reading this right?? 500 million minus his staff salarys and building costs. So basicly they are subcontracting out the channels for him - right??

Stern was trashing Rolling Stone magazine all last week. It is no surprise this article was written.

Rolling Stone Magazine is history. They haven't been relevant to Rock N Roll in years, yet they will write stories on a so called has been in order to boost their slumping magazine sales. Kind of ironic don't ya think.

Just a question: If Stern is a has-been, what the hell does that make the rest of radio?

Everyone on old fashioned radio needs to get over themselves. None of you (except maybe some of the right wing morons on talk radio) could ever get anyone except your own family members to pay to hear you on the radio.

Radio geeks on this board that are Stern-haters need to realize that nobody gives a (BLEEP) about their carrers except themselves, and that they have no real fans. Here's some advice for you: Go talk up some pop songs and have some MD figure out what the most mainstream record is for you to play. You could be replaced by a voice track machine and 99% of the world would never know the difference.

Go create something new, something different or just shut up and stop insulting someone like Stern who has entertained millions more people than you ever will. Why? Because he has talent and you are just some motormouth that could be replaced by a robot.
