WATC debuts THELOOP on 57.3

The Loop has been WATC's branding on non-Christian programming presented on 57.2 for years. Now, they've taken it one step further and replaced the Spanish language station (that was on 57.3) with THE LOOP. Mostly older (sometimes public domain) series and movies (Roy Rogers, Cisco Kid, Beverly Hillbillies, The Lucy Show, Ozzie & Harriet, My Little Margie, Dragnet, Life With Elizabeth, etc.) are the staples of THE LOOP. It's a definite step back in time (and another century) but I'm not complaining. In fact, I applaud them for going fully INDEPENDENT and LOCAL on 57.3 and presenting shows seldom seen elsewhere in Atlanta.

Not sure if my indoor antenna is having issues or their transmitter. In East Central DeKalb WATC TOO 57.2 (now called The Point) has a better signal on 21.5. WATC 57.3 The Loop is not coming in either. The Loop stands for Lovers Of Old Programs!

It was my antenna. I'm so far from channels 14 and 57 that I need an amplified indoor antenna for those stations. Old antenna was getting about 84 channels (half running infomercials) the new amplified antenna pulled in over 100.
