this is a radio rep from new orleans. i acutally used to live in dubuque and work for cumulus there.
i feel terrible about the flooding and know what it is like through our Katrina experience.
i wanted to warn all salesfolk, gm's, sales managers, etc.
Beware of all the attorney groups that will descend upon your areas looking to run schedule to sue insurance companies.
get that money upfront or turn down their business. they bought tons of ads down here after katrina but i was burned by one company and others i know got burned as well.
they buy tons of ads and pay and then you give them an inch of credit and they burn you.
one guy i dealt with had a company called Claims Consulting. His name is Anthony Odeh. If he comes to your town accept nothing but 100% upfront cash.
