WATCH OUT!

My stepson is a great example of a listener who has bad luck. He used to listen to WYCR...it went bye bye so he switched to Cool Pop, same result. So this might be a warning to WLAN! That's the station he switched to. If Matt Koons says WLAN is gonna be around a long time.......DOUBLE WHAMMY!

Okay .... I never said anything about WLAN. Last time I checked, it's doing great and it's a LANCASTER station. Cool Pop was more of a Hershey station.

Now, keep in mind, I'm still dismayed with the whole Cool Pop thing. I have still some reservations about the whole changing of their station. I also have been laughing alot with the whole postings of positions people made. Yes, i didn't suspect my Cool Pop to go south and change like they did. I thought they would at least tweak it, not a whole drastic change like they did.

My point? Repeating myself, last time I checked, I didn't say anything about WLAN. Not sure where you got that one real_radioguy :)

After WYCR and WCPP, this area proves anything can happen and NOTHING is safe. NOTHING.

Mix had an amazing presence at Musicfest. I even saw some posters along the Carisle Pike today.

If they put this much energy into promoting CoolPop, it might have done a lot better. But "Mix" should have been its name in the first place.

It could happen! With the urbans in Harrisburg filling the CHR role (especially 92.1, unless the tower move wrecked Lancaster), they could go Clasiic Hits---look at the Peak's York debut! Baltimore's been CHR-less for the past 2 or 3 years? Kiss in DC is hanging on by a thread!

Yeah cause there's not enough Classic Hits stations already in the market.
