anyone see the Patriot Ledger article Saturday on the front page about WATD doing talk show on monday nites. Is this part of a bigger format change for them? Talk with a real local angle would be good for South region, especially on an FM signal. [wwwledger.southofboston.com/articles/2007/03/24/news04/.txt]

As far as the question to whether this is part of a bigger format change, WATD has always been an information source for the South Shore with its award winning news department, coupled with local jocks that the listeners feel personally connected to. I look at Bob's show as another form of information, albeit one sided at times, that covers issues that make the listeners at the very least think if not call in to air their thoughts. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
 
Why just Mondays? Might make sense to add shows for the other nights too.
