I think the fertilizer idea is good but I am concerned that here in florida the ground does not stay moist. I do flood the area every two hours, maybe excessive. In my case every two hours would what you call a large downpour. That would mean that I would have to constantly refertilize. I read some people mentioned kitty litter. I am not sure which direction if any I should go.
I do have a 15 thousand gallon built in swimming pool. Should I throw a ground wire to the bottom??? Would it help?? My kids wouldnt like it that I know.
