WATM TV Question

Since there is not a TV board for this area (unless I missed it somewhere), I thought I might be able to post here because most of us in radio also have some interest in TV. My question is simple...

What is WATM TV running on their over the air digital 23.3 signal? I live out of the area but am helping a "non-technical" uncle of mine with his digital TV transition.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Thank you so much! I kind of thought that might be the deal...

I called the Altoona office yesterday and the person there had no idea what I was even talking about! She didn't know what a .3 was? Then I called the main office and got the same response! I was put into the chief engineers voice mailbox and never got a return phone call. You would think with all the digital TV confusion, the employees would have a general idea of what was going on.

My uncle only receives channels 10 and 23 where he lives in Mifflin County. But he kept insisting he was getting Channel 8 FOX out of Johnstown...mystery solved!!!
