WAVN/Spanish Radio

I noticed this afternoon that WAVN was playing black gospel instead of Spanish language programming. Seems like Hispanic programming (unlike in most markets) is actually shrinking in Memphis. 96.1 recently went back to English and 990 no longer airs weekend Spanish language programming.

I know most of these shows were just brokered, so I guess the Hispanic groups just ran out of money.

Does that leave 1030 as the only station currently with foreign language programming in Memphis?
