This station has been silent, at least for today.
As it is a daytime only station with no translators, I'm wondering whether they are simply having technical issues, or if the owner Berskshire Broadcasting may be taking it off the air. Earlier this year Townsquare applied for an STA for nearby WINE 940 AM.
In the last couple of years, it has been carrying "Juan", which is a Spanish A/C format programmed by an outside consultant. It is one of the few stations in the area that does not stream.
