WAYE in trouble with IRS

I found this on al.com this afternoon. The IRS is seizing some of WAYE's payroll accounts due to payroll taxes owed.

My understanding of the article is that Willis Broadcasting, the parent company of WAYE is having tax problem with the IRS. All payroll checks are issued from Norfolk Virginia.
