WAZL New Owner

It looks like WAZL has new ownership, again. It will feature the air staff of Mike Moran, Mike Naydock, Leo Valovich, and Tony Pacelli. There was no mention of Rocky Brown. I guess he will go back to driving truck. It was said that the format will not change. Please keep local radio "local".

Good luck, and much success!

It's nice to see that Mike & Leo & Tony will continue to be at WAZL. Rocky spent most of his time in Binghamton, NY radio and my guess is that he would probably go back there. He's been in radio for 30+ years, and the truck driving was more of a sideline hobby to him. It would be good to see WAZL stay local, there are so few live & local paces operating.

There are good people with roots in this area... great radio people too. I wish them all success. It's nice to see a station that has roots in a community resurface. Good luck to them all!

I always thought Mike Naydock had a great radio voice, especially when he was on 103.5. wonder if he'll still DJ or if he'll work "behind the scenes".

Mike Naydock is a truly talented man. Between his knowlege of music, and his own music writing, he's a great radio talent. In a way, it's very surprising that he's not in a much larger market. But corporate radio hates talented people. It screws up their Mc Radio formats. Mike's a fine guy and I'm glad that he's still on the radio.
