WBAM "The Big Bam" Salute on XM

I really enjoyed listening to a salute to the original 740 AM WBAM. It was produced by some guy from Montgomery. Great to hear some of the stuff from the Big Bam. XM would insert the digital stuff after the talk. Going down memory lane is just plain fun sometimes. FYI it was on XM Channel 6 from 4-9pm EST on 12/22.
Thanks for the Christmas present XM! Complete with the Big Bam cannon!

Those were great days...you could hear The Big Bam from B'ham to PC; Bill J Moody, Joe Hagler...those wre the REAL radio days.

So far we've heard salutes to the "Big 610" and the "Big Bam". Now if we could hear a salute to "the Mighty 690", WVOK.

I don't think Joe Hagler worked for WBAM. From what I can tell, he was on WAPX-AM 1600 and WHHY-AM 1440, but never on WBAM-AM 740.
