WBAP, KLIF, The Ticket, The Wolf and Severe Weather

The severe stuff bypassed my part of town, thank goodness - but I have family that was, for a time, directly in the path of a couple of the Dallas County tornadoes. I spent most of the storm listening to WBAP on the radio while watching the online stream of Channel 8's coverage. Of the two, I actually found WBAP's coverage to be more helpful in terms of knowing what was going on and where tornadoes were at and heading despite the obvious advantages that one would think a television station would have.
