WBAV #1 in the QC

Below is the latest ratings article in the Charlotte Observer.

http://www.charlotte.com/business/story/133332.html

R&B and Country rule the top 4, WBT slips and WRFX rises.

I'll be looking forward to what Spanish WNOW does to the numbers in the next book now that they have a good FM signal. That could shake up some things.

Another thing, I still don't understand why Mark Washburn still calls 96.1 teh Beat 'Rhythmic Contemporary Rock'. I ahve yet to ever hear a rock song on that station. The same goes for calling 95.7 The Ride 'Progressive Rock'. If this was the '70's maybe, but simply having a wider playlist than the Fox doesn't make one 'progressive rock. Just my .02 .

So... M.E. on WFAE beat out Charlotte's Morning News. Ouch. I wonder how Mike Collins is doing against Keith whatshisface?
