WBCN Call Letters

Shortly after CBSRadio pulled the plug on 104.1 WBCN Boston, the legendary call letters were "parked" on a tiny CBS O&O at the top of the AM dial in North Carolina. Recently, CBS's NC cluster, as well as its O&O's in Tampa Bay - where Paula Street and "The Lovely" June Knight landed after the demise of Boston's WODS - were traded to Beasley Broadcast Group in exchange for more "lucrative" properties.

My question is: did CBS retain the WBCN call letters or did Beasley inherit them?
 
I think Beasley also got the WHFS calls (formerly a legacy DC rocker) that were parked in Tampa. I haven't seen if either are "on loan."

I sure do hope both sets of call letters are on loan.

Then again, if 1510 in Boston could reconnect with its WMEX heritage call sign after three decades or more, well, then I suppose it's no big deal who has the 'BCN call sign; CBS has pretty deep pockets.
