WBD brings streaming service Max to 20 European countries

WBD has launched its cornerstone streaming service Max in 20 European countries.

Max will be in select countries in the EU.

The list of countries where Max debuted on Tuesday follows below:

  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark

  • Hungary
  • Moldova
  • Montenegro
  • North Macedonia
  • Norway
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • Serbia
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
  • Spain
  • Sweden
Film and TV fans in other parts of Europe, including Germany, France and the United Kingdom, will have to wait a bit for Max to debut in those territories, with rights to HBO and other WBD programming spread across different broadcasters and service providers.
