will be building their studios on 20th and Becher St. here in Milwaukee, also a tower to start sometime next month. Probably will be built behind the studio.
 
Makes no sense. How will he protect the 1480 NW of MKE?

That and there is no possible way he can cover Racine with a 5mV signal from there with 500 watts day and 60 watts at night. He has to have both contours covering Racine tobe legal.

There is no application on file with the FCC yet. So I don't see how he could legally start building the tower next month. It takes no less than three months on simple things. I don't see this being a simple move for the above reasons. So 6 months is the norm.

Sounds typical for this guy.
