And I doubt one will be.

Knowing nothing about the history of this CP, please conjecture why it seems to have gone belly up. What do you know about the format/formats to be featured, who owned the CP, and so on?

From a PBRTV archive

Not much is known about why the Bellevue Knights of Columbus (Bellevue Council #1400) began a radio station, but a construction permit for a new station licensed to Evans City, Butler County in 2010. The permit expires in April 2013.

What a Waste of Money, I Can Just think how much Time went into getting a Application Together, The Engineering Study to find a Channel,Working out the Signal Between other Stations. Lawyers Fee's, Engineering fee's Cost of Leaseing or Buying the Tower site.Every one I've Talked too said it Takes Years to get CP. Then to get a CP and not Build it..I Wonder if a Transmitter or Tower were Bought?
