wbli web site needs a makeover

Agreed. It's been the same template at least since 2002 or 2003 if I remember correctly, and it's so ugly and unappealing....lots of small text, few images, very blocky and clunky. But I guess an overhaul costs $$$ which Cox ain't willing to spend.
