WBLS-FM NOW BROADCASTING IN HD

Inner City Broadcasting has (finally!) added HD to the signal at 107.5 FM New York. The HD-1 signal is the broadcast of the main signal's Urban AC format, while the HD-2 signal is simulcasting the gospel music format that is on Inner City's WLIB-AM-1190 New York. (Note: a gospel music format was on Emmis' WRKS-98.7 HD-2 before the Hum Desi format was moved from Emmis' WQHT-97.1 HD-3 to KISS-FM's HD-2.) There's no mention of these additions on either station's website (at least that I could find).

I believe WBLS is one of the last NYC radio stations to broadcast in HD.

Since WBLS is using their HD 2 signal for WLIB, is WLIB broadcasting in HD on their 1190 AM signal?

Thanks,

Add to the questions:

Are they too late to the dance?
Is 103.5 HD-x still country?

And, does that mean the call letters are now WBLDS - meaning, With Better Looking Digital Sound? :)

Jeff in Sa-ra-so-ta!

103.5 HD-2 is Clear Channel's Gay Pride Station
106.7 HD-2 is now Country

Classic Lite is no longer on the dial
