As of yesterday, WBMW's legal ID also included "W258BI" - which of course is 99.5. So whither US 99.5? Their stream still works, so is the country format exclusively online now?
Also coinciding with the new legal ID, they started rolling out a new jingle package, with the "soft rock" term all but phased out. This is what Kool 101 did (no more "oldies" references) and it lasted a year before they flipped to Roxy.
99.5 New London is still country, broadcasting from "high above the Sub Base!" 106.5 WBMW still has "Soft Rock" all over its imaging. That was apparent in five minutes of sampling the morning show.
