WBNS tough time selling advertising during Middays?

I notice quite a few PSA's during the herd and Terico/Van Pelt. Do they not offer deals with their local shows an advertiser may get a spot on the ESPN Radio shows? I know they did a lot of PSA's on the AM, but I figured once they moved to FM, it'd be easier to sell ads.

You would think the local shows would be easy to sell. I can understand PSAs during the automated ESPN stuff but one would think they could sell the local talent yaking about Ohio State or whatever all the time.

Well, you can bet it's being blamed on the Salespeople for not selling or the Programming Dept for not delivering a "big enough" audience or even the traffic dept for "not getting the orders right" instead of any bone-headed uppper managment bungle.

The "good news" continues for WBNS-FM in the latest Trends, which sees the AM station with ZERO ratings and the FM with an even 3 share. Looks like the Wolfes shot themselves in the foot with this ill-conceived move. ;D
