WBNS-TV Shakeup

They will promote from within for her replacement. I venture Tracey will get the gig.
That would make the 5, 6 & 11 PM news anchored by two African-Americans. I doubt that will happen.

and that's wrong with that?
I am just saying it is unlikely since no Columbus newscast has never had that. No station has two male anchors or two female anchors, have they.

It used to be Jeff Hogan and Chuck Strickler before they made the shake up to Angela Ann and Jeff Hogan. So it might work.

That was weekends at 6 & 11 for like 6 months. It was probably just a temporary solution.

On the weekend for a while it was John Fortney and Jeff Hogan. Before Angela Ann was given morning status it was temporarily Chuck Strickler and Jeff Hogan.

Kristyn Hartman started today on WBNS-TV.
Will she be as popular as Andrea? Andrea was widely considered the most popular TV news anchor
in Columbus up until she left WBNS-TV.

BTW, Andrea will still be welcome back at WBNS-TV. So, there is hope she may be back in the future at WBNS-TV.

Watched most of the 11 p.m. newscast and I thought she did well. The only thing I noticed was she said "CBS2's Randall Pinkston" instead of "CBS'." IMHO, that was pretty excusable. WBBM is "CBS2Chicago."
When I turned to Channel 10, I instinctively expected to hear Andrea. I think Kristyn's going to do well.
