WBNX 55.3

I noticed WBNX has activated their new digital subchannel (55.3).

They barely put any programming on 55.2 as it is, and now they're firing up 55.3?

I like looking at beauty shots of the downtown skyline and Metroparks and whatnot as much as the next guy, but some actual shows would be nice too.

Maybe WBNX can do a local version of "Antenna TV," "Me-TV," or "This TV." They must have a huge library of programs in Cuyahoga Falls. They can also bring back the old "We Are Family and We Show It!" bumpers with the original "55" logo.

Speaking of WBNX, does anyone wish for something in early afternoons (i.e. sitcoms) instead of "Law and Order: Criminal Intent?"

1 episode of "L&O CI" a day is fine, 2 is tedious.

55 should hook up with RTV for 55.2, and it's sister kids channel PB&J on 55.3.

And by all means, dust off the old school logo and bumpers.

Isn't it about time for re-runs of "The Ernest Angely Hour"? Oh wait, that's for channel 55.666 . (just a joke, don't take that crack seriously).

In a surprising move, WBNX 55.3 is now the home of This TV in Cleveland, as of this morning.. I am seeing the network on 55.3 OTA today..WUAB-43.3 shut down the network at Midnight last night. On the QAM-Cable TV version of channel 43.3 (Time Warner) and presumably over the air, WUAB is offering a slide stating that the carriage contract ran out last night and offering an 877 phone number for more information..

Edit:Just called the number..No "more information" just repeating the information on screen..It would have been advisable to tell viewers where they could get This TV..

Wow, that's weird. I wonder what they will put on 43.3? Maybe they will go to "Weather Now" which was previously on 19.2. Or maybe they can put RTV there.
