WBOB 1320 In Jacksonville

I'm vacationing down south (I'm from New Jersey), and I noticed that WBOB is booming in at night (strong, with a few fades) in Athens, Georgia, and also here in Johnson City, Tennessee. I've been to both locations in the past, and never noticed them coming in like that before. Has it always been like that (and I happened to miss it?), or are they possibly broadcasting with their daytime power by mistake?

I guess it's possible what you heard was WBOB on full day power at night. When 1320 increased its day power to 50kw-D-ND, the night power and pattern remained unchanged at 5kw-N; D-E/W which should not send a signal in the areas specified.
