WBRU Change

I am new here, found it by accident. Anyway, was wondering what people really think of WBRU going away. I listen to Alt Rock, but have not been happy with WBRU for years. Their news chicks drive me insane and the music is questionable. Espeically the overnight and Sunday formats. Its the only local station and my choice of music isn't available at times I want to hear it. I listen to a lot of Clear Channel stations online that offer alt rock and the music itself is so much better, in my opinion.

I hope a new alt station replaces it or FNX comes back. While the local concerts and such were better at WBRU, the music isn't my favorite.

Anyway, just wondering what others felt about this. Is it just me? That does happen a lot.
